PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) has completed the construction of pressure vessels ordered by PT Tripatra Engineers And Constructions (TPEC). The company’s twenty-two (22) pressure vessels will be used in the Akasia Bagus Gathering Station Stage 1 (SPABG-1) construction project owned by PT Pertamina EP. These pressure vessels will be used in the Akasia Bagus Gathering Station construction project, which is a vital part of the national energy infrastructure.

The completion of this project underscores the company’s commitment to supporting strategic infrastructure development in Indonesia through quality locally manufactured products.

In addition to prioritizing compliance with international quality standards by maintaining the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) “U” stamp, Barata continues to encourage the involvement of local suppliers in producing these pressure vessels to increase the local content (TKDN) percentage in each of its products. This is evidenced by the TKDN achievement for pressure vessels, which reached 38.77%.

The completion of this product is expected to trigger further collaboration with other domestic companies, while also inspiring the local manufacturing industry to continue improving its competitiveness and contribution to national economic development.
