PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) organized the Safety Townhall event in order to close the National K3 Month 2025 on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The event held at the company’s headquarters was attended by all ranks of Directors, management, and employees from various divisions.

This activity is the culmination of a series of activities that have been carried out throughout the National Occupational Month, with the aim of raising awareness and mutual commitment to safety and health in the work environment. In his remarks, Director of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Hertyoso Nursasongko, affirmed how important safety in the workforce is, especially for companies engaged in manufacturing such as Barata Indonesia.

“Safety is not just a duty, but a common responsibility. The company is like home to all of us, so let’s together create a safe and comfortable working environment. Any incident that occurs not only impacts productivity, but will also have a great effect. Therefore, we must continue to build a strong safety culture in every line of enterprise. “Every incident, we must evaluate and find out the cause and continuous improvement actions.””” Safety Townhall is an important moment for all employees to reflect on the importance of K3 in their daily operations.

The event is also a venue to strengthen our shared commitment to creating a safe and healthy working environment. As part of the National K3 Month 2025 celebration, the Company also hosts various competition activities aimed at encouraging safety spirit in work. Some of the competitions are: Mini Kuis K3, TTS K3, Keywords K3, K3 Keywords K3, K3 Photography, Most OK3 Employees In addition to hosting various interesting competitions, Barata Indonesia also conducts internal training organized by Team K3, including in the company branch office, as done by the Water Resources Division in Tegal.

Barata Indonesia is committed to continuously improving occupational safety and health standards, and as an example for other manufacturing companies to implement sustainable K3 culture.
