Barata Indonesia (Persero) held its 2024 Audited Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Thursday (September 4th).

The meeting was chaired by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) as the Shareholders’ Attorney, PT PPA Management, the Board of Commissioners, and the Directors of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero).

The 2024 Audited AGMS discussed several agenda items, including the approval of the Annual Report and Financial Statements (including the Board of Commissioners’ supervisory report), the ratification of the Financial Statements for Micro and Small Enterprise Funding, and the Report on the Implementation of the Company’s Environmental and Social Responsibility Program for the 2024 Fiscal Year.

The Director of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Hertyoso Nursasongko, stated that the 2024 Audited AGMS proceeded smoothly and positively.
The shareholders also expressed their full confidence in Barata Indonesia’s continued commitment to transformation and active participation in national development in the manufacturing sector.

At the AGM, Barata Indonesia also explained that the Company will continue to drive efficiency and pursue corporate transformation with a focus on Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering Services (MMES).

Barata Indonesia is expected to maintain its focus on quality in every project and product it produces, thereby strengthening sustainable growth and providing added value to the advancement of the national manufacturing sector.
