In commemoration of National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month 2025, PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) held a blood donation drive as a tangible contribution to the community on Tuesday (January 14th).

This annual social drive is a collaboration between the Barata Indonesia Workers Union and the Gresik Indonesian Red Cross (PMI Gresik).

This activity aims not only to support the national blood supply but also to raise awareness of the importance of occupational health.

In addition to donating blood, employees also had the opportunity to undergo free eye health tests provided by the committee.

In addition to saving lives, especially for patients requiring transfusions due to accidents, surgeries, or certain illnesses, for donors, this activity helps stimulate the production of new blood cells, improves blood circulation, and contributes to heart health.

Barata Indonesia hopes that this activity will continue and provide benefits to those in need.
