PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) commemorated its 54th anniversary with a series of simple yet powerful events.

Themed “Towards Healthy and Competitive Manufacturing,” various engaging activities were designed to strengthen employee camaraderie while encouraging collaboration and innovation.

The series of events included a Logo and Video Content Competition to hone creativity, a Futsal Cup and PORSENI (Indonesian Sports Week) to foster sportsmanship, and a Joint Gymnastics and 54th Anniversary Festival to foster a spirit of collaboration. The company also held social activities such as a blood drive, a prayer service, and donations for orphans and the underprivileged.

The management of Barata Indonesia hopes that these simple moments of celebration will further strengthen employee synergy, creating a collaborative work environment while contributing to the community.
