PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to ratify the 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) on Thursday (February 20th).

The meeting was chaired by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) as the Shareholders’ Attorney, PT PPA Management, the Board of Commissioners, and the Directors of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero).

The 2025 GMS discussed several agenda items, including the Approval and Ratification of the 2025 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and the 2025 Social and Environmental Responsibility Program Work Plan and Budget (RKA TJSL).

PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Director, Hertyoso Nursasongko, stated that the approval was a positive sign for the company’s future, as it demonstrates the continued trust of shareholders in the company.

The GMS also emphasized efficiency and continued corporate transformation with a focus on Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering Services (MMES). Barata Indonesia is also expected to be able to realize sustainable growth by working on quality projects and manufacturing products, so that it can contribute more to the progress of the national manufacturing industry.
