PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) completed project in the field of machining components of cement plant. This time the project is Bag Filter owned by PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa (Tbk). Previously Barata was appointed as the winner of Bag Filter’s job offer based on work method, price fairness, and recommendation from previous project (Replacement Shell Kiln P4).

Specifications for bag filter handled by Barata are Gas Flow 425 M3 / h, Temperature 157 degree, gas emission 5 – 10 mg / Nm3, with Raw Mill capacity 240 ton / h and Kiln 170 clinker / h capacity. The project value is 30.5 Billion Rupiah and completed on time within six months with details of two months of preparation & pre assembling, three months of shutdown and one month commissioning.

Furthermore, Barata is also handling Indocement’s other project which is replacement shell P12 Torjun kiln started in this February and four other projects are still waiting for the open tender.
