Towards the end of the year of 2017, PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) continues to seek the fulfillment of working capital through the issuance of Medium Term Notes (MTN). Barata Indonesia will get additional capital upt to IDR 300 billion  to be allocated at the beginning of the year 2018.

The funding of capital subsidies carried out by Barata Indonesia partners with PT Asta Capital Asia (ACA), as an arranger.

The agreement with the investors signed on Wednesday, 6 December 2017 in Jakarta represented by the Director of Finance and Human Resources  PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Yoyok Hadi Satriyono  and Director of Operations and Marketing of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Tony Budi Santosa

Towards the end of the year, PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) continues to seek the fulfillment of working capital through the issuance of Medium Term Notes (MTN). Barata Indonesia will get additional capital amounting to IDR 300 billion  to be allocated at the beginning of the year 2018.

The funding of capital subsidies carried out by Barata Indonesia partners with PT Asta Capital Asia (ACA), as an arranger.

Director of Finance of Barata Indonesia, Yoyok confirmed that the additional funding capital needed by Barata Indonesia to anticipate the capital requirement increased sharply with the prediction of contract gain of IDR. 3.2 trillion by the end of 2017.

“              The purpose of this issuance of MTN in addition to the fulfillment of working capital and refinancing of funding, also to be a moment of learning in obtaining alternative non-bank funding” said  Yoyok. “So far, Barata Indonesia has obtained capital facilities from banks”  he added.

Director of Operations and Marketing of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) added that the performance of the company when compared with last year, experienced a sharp increase.

The increase in the contract acquisition in 2017 increased more than 300 percent compared to 2016, should be realized into a sale and it requires substantial funding.

The acquisition of the company’s contract  up 300 percent, from IDR. 722 Billion in 2016 to IDR. 3.2 Trillion by 2017.Therefore, additional capital funding this time is expected not only used to overcome high contracts, but also as one of the strategies to obtain major contracts on the upcoming project.
