Located at the Head Office of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero),  President Director Welcoming Ceremony was held on Monday, November 25, 2019. Oksarlidady Arifin officially left his position as President Director of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) replaced by Fajar Harry Sampurno.

This event was opened by the Commissioner of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Sam Herodian and was attended by the Board of Directors along with Barata Indonesia  management. Also present at the event were representatives of the Barata Indonesia Employee Union (SPBI),  Barata Millennial (Baranial) and Directors of PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero).

On this occasion, Mr. Sam Herodian thanked Oksarlidady Arifin for his devotion for 11 months leading Barata Indonesia so that the company was able to achieve good performance. Furthermore, he advised that PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) always sharpens its competence with innovation and maintains a positive corporate financial ratio by carrying out operational management to improve better performance.

Meanwhile, Oksarlidady Arifin delivered his various impressions, messages and experiences while serving for PT Barata Indonesia (Persero). Although, only 11 months led Barata Indonesia, but the family atmosphere that was felt in Barata Indonesia was very close.

He also hopes that all employees of Barata Indonesia, will continue the company’s vision & mission, especially in terms of efficiency and operational control.

He is sure that Barata will grow bigger with the new captain in line with the Ministry of State Owned Enterprise plan in the sectoral holding program. This challenge requires the participation and active role of all Barata employee so that this large ship can sailed smoothly.

Responding to this, Fajar Harry Sampurno as Barata Indonesia’s new President Director  said that Barata he had known  Barata Indonesia since 1989. This was the third assignment job that deal with Barata. The difference is, this time his  mission is to realize Barata as the leader of the manufacturing industry together with 6 other SOEs. This is in line with the appointment of the Minister of SOEs regarding the acceleration of the development of BUMN Manufacturing Industries.

“Hopefully, the future of this cluster, especially Barata Indonesia, can contribute more to the country,” he concluded.

Therefore, the man who born in Blitar asked for support from all parties to jointly realize the vision
