PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) won the Best Growth Strategy in Heavy Industry at the 2019 Indonesia Business News Award. This award was received by the New Director of Finance and HR Director of Barata Indonesia,  Rahman Sadikin at BPPT II Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (6/11).

This award is given for the company’s success in transforming the response to changes in global business trends as challenges and business opportunities so that Barata Indonesia can achieve improved performance over the last two years. This is in line with the theme of the 2019 Indonesia BusinessNews Awards, Business Transformation for Excellence Performance held by BusinessNews Indonesia Magazine.

The 2019 Indonesia Business News Award is a response to changes in the business landscape at the global level caused by disruption technology which then drives the disruption economy.

In the judging process this year, there were six categories of awards given, namely the Best Growth Strategy, the Best Vision and Mission, the Best Human Capital, the Best Innovation and Business Transformation, the Best Corporate Performance and the Best CEO.

Thus this achievement is expected to increase the enthusiasm of all Barata people to continue working by producing the best ideas, keep innovating with technological advancements, creating added value that can encourage increased company competitiveness
