Director of Logistics Supply Chain and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina (Persero), Gandhi Sriwidodo, paid a visit to the Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal Project undertaken by PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
Accompanied by the Operations Director of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Bobby Sumardiat Atmosudirjo.
The visit to the Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal project was intended to review the results of the mechanical completion work that had been carried out before entering the next stage of commissioning.
A visit was also conducted to see the facilities of Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal, all of which have implemented full automation throughout all stages of their operations. Starting from the reception, stockpiling and distribution of fuel capacity of 14,000 KL for the distribution areas of Cirebon, Tegal and Bumiayu Regencies.
Gandhi hopes that the Commissioning process can be carried out immediately and handed over to Pertamina to be operated immediately so that the public can enjoy the benefits of the Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal.
Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal is one of the projects undertaken by the Barata Indonesia Oil & Gas Division. Tegal Baru Tegal Baru Fuel Terminal has a capacity of 14,000 KL. The project is expected to be handed over to Pertamina at the end of this year.
It is planned that the two power plant products will be used in the Keadby 2 Power Station power plant which has a capacity of 840 MW. The process of working on the two components of the power plant has been ongoing since the end of December 2018 and takes 20,000 working hours.
