PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) exported turbine components for power plants produced by the Turbine Component Plant – Power Plant Division, Monday (11/11).

The product being exported this time was a Condenser (with Axial Exhausting System) with the destination country of Bangladesh. This power plant component will be used for the 400 MW Ashuganj PLTGU PLTGU project to replace the existing 150 MW PLTU capacity.

The 400 MW PLTGU Ashuganj PLTGU Combined Power Plan is planned to produce an efficiency of up to 58.76%. The power plant which will start operating in April 2021 is expected to support the Bangladesh government program in providing an increase in electricity supply of up to 20,000 MW for the entire territory of Bangladesh.

In this project, Barata Indonesia undertook the work of making condensers for 10 months by absorbing 7500 working hours
