PT Barata Indonesia Establish Partnership with PT Garam (Persero)

PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) continues to Synergy among BUMNs. This time, PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) is cooperating with PT Garam (Persero) to conduct business to business cooperation related to salt industry.

Both companies agreed to cooperate in the field of Salt Industry development and utilization of each resource’s potential

The signing of the cooperation was attended by the Director of Finance and Human Resources of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Yoyok Hadi Satriyono, and Director of the Reason, Tony Budi Santoso. While from PT Garam (Persero) conducted by the President Director, Budi Sasongko at Barata Indonesia Gresik Head Office East Java, Wednesday (28/2).

Director of Finance and Human Resources of PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Yoyok Hadi Satriyono said “This synergy will increase TKDN both from Barata Indonesia and PT Garam. Barata Indonesia also wants to be a solution to the supply of machinery from PT Garam, “he said

On the other hand, President Director of PT Garam (Persero), Budi Sasongko said that “This cooperation can improve the synergy between the two companies. If Barata succeeds in completing this project, it will also directly enhance the reputation of PT Garam, “said Budi.

For Barata Indonesia, this cooperation is a positive for the company. Not only in the sugar industry that has been more inherent in the name of Barata Indonesia, but also able to play an active role in the salt industry. This is done Barata Indonesia as one form of support to the Indonesian government food security program.
